Sinéad has found Shrew a most welcome companion. While difference in age is huge, Shrew wasn’t a one to bother. Quite the opposite, in a way, Sinéad thought she was approached because of that reason, which at the time meant much for her. Shrew has quite a different worldview than Sinéad, especially when it comes to travelling and discovering world piece by piece every night, but she didn’t mind – she appreciates the localist thinking, even more that she herself misses her homeland very much. There is almost half a millenium of a difference in age, but both of them are having crisis because of their age, which ties them together. All in all, she thinks of Shrew as someone who might become a friend – or someone as close to a friend as she can acquire.
